Dixie Shanghai was founded in 1994. We are located in No.568 Lian Cao Road Minhang District ,Shanghai. We produce starters, alternators and their components ， ECU Back Up batteries and starters used on lifting tail equipment  as well as diesel engine In take Air Heater series.  There are about 180 employees in the company。 The annual  production capability is about 1300K various units. 

We have full range of starter and alternator ECU battery and Heater production lines. All major key components such as the solenoid, IMS. armature, field coil, field case assy, brush holder in starter side, and rotor, stator in alternator side， key components  in other  products are all produced by ourselves.

There are more than twenty senior engineers who play important roles in product development,  production process set up, quality assurance and customer service areas. More than 35 percent of our employees are college or university graduates.  All our employees have  good education and been well trained in the company. This helps us to develop high quality products fast to meet our customers’ demand.

We have  advanced domestic and imported testing euqupment, 

    automatic production equipment and  online imported 

    computer-controlled test equipments as well as  

    updated ERP system. These all help in our  design 

    validation，products reliability tests, quality control, 

    production and management efficiency and cost reduction.

We are  IATF-16949 qualified.

    The New Energy Business Unit is under the jurisdiction of Dix Automotive Appliances (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. It was established in 2019 in response to the development needs of the new energy industry. The factory is located at 119 Tinghua Road, Tinglin Town, Jinshan District, Shanghai, covering an area of approximately 10000 square meters.

    Specializing in the production of thermal conductive components and battery cell support assemblies for new energy batteries. The company has dedicated production lines, specialized equipment, and professional technical personnel to provide customers with satisfactory products and services.
